Eventually, I saw it for what it was: an opportunity to make a greater difference in this world.
And that's what I've done. Every day.Everyone on this planet-all life, including dogs, cats, insects, and beyond is part of this incredible connection.Would I say we are all "one"?Absolutely not.We could not be more unique, each one of us. Just because we are connected in ways we don't yet fully understand does not mean we are part of some cosmic batter. We are simply strongly connected to each other, and to so much more.Human beings are fascinating, and we have so much to offer. If only we could remember how much we truly like each other.
Shaping Thoughts
Nobody wants to be a victim and nobody should be. In this chapter, I'm going to teach you how to strengthen your thoughts so they can do what you want them to do, go where you want them to go, and achieve the best results for you.I will explain, step by step, in great detail, how anyone can naturally modify their own thoughts to their own satisfaction. I'm choosing my words carefully here because I want to make it clear: I'm not talking about mind control. I'm talking about you controlling your own mind. There's a big difference. The goal is to prevent negative emotional energies whether from other people or spirits with bad intentions from influencing your thoughts. To be able to scroll through the media without it blowing your thoughts and feelings around like a leaf in the wind. Your thoughts are your business. And through this chapter, I intend to help you keep it that way.
Where Thoughts Begin
In previous chapters, I wrote about where our thoughts originate and how they move out into the world, often forever, as charged emotional energies. Thoughts begin at the very center of our soul. They grow stronger, the more attention we give them. Often, we hold them inside ourselves. But we also release them into the physical universe. Sometimes we do both. Our thoughts are created at the deepest level of our being, then work their way up through our minds and eventually reach other people and places simply because we think of them. When we think of a person or a group, our thoughts are charged with real energy-find them, even if we don't know where they are. That's because each person is unique and has their own individual energy field, much like physical DNA.
The Art of Emotional Self-Control
What I'm talking about here is practicing the art of self-control not suppression. I'm not suggesting that you stifle your thoughts or feelings. I'm saying that your thoughts should be your own well considered, not harmful to you, and not harmful to others. Not everyone likes everyone else. That's natural. I'm certainly not saying we should suppress all our negative feelings. In fact, too many people already do that. But we need to protect our energy fields so that emotional energies from others don't infiltrate our systems and reshape our thoughts. We need to be in control of ourselves, no one else. The first step toward shaping your thoughts is protection. Thoughts and emotions are nonphysical. They have no physical components. So you don't need to do anything physical to protect them. You can begin by mastering your mental and emotional boundaries.
Why Control Our Thoughts and Emotions
All our thoughts and emotions are intimately connected to us. If they are not strong and not properly protected, the emotional energy we send out especially negative energy like anger or resentment can end up in other people's minds, still carrying our unique energetic signature. That's how we form emotional connections with others, including people we may not even know.Throwing out emotions in every direction, especially unchecked anger, can have unintended repercussions. Our thoughts don't just vanish. They are our creations, tied to us energetically, and they can come back. This is natural. It's not a warning, it's an observation. It becomes a danger only if we're careless.
Balancing Emotion with Intellect. Our emotions should be tempered with intellect.
We need to find the balance.
Before we hurl our emotions in any direction toward a person or group, we should take a moment to analyze whether that reaction makes sense. This process doesn't have to take long. It can become an instinct: to ask ourselves if what we're about to say or do truly serves us.Some people argue that it's good to release pure, unfiltered emotion. That's true but only in the right context. Not at the dinner table, for example. That's just one setting. It's important to release emotions, yes. But there's a time and place. Venting anger toward people we know or complete strangers is not always healthy or helpful.I'm not saying people shouldn't get angry. But anger should be balanced with awareness. That's what self-control is.
It's not religious. It's scientific. Yet it works with any belief system or none.
Shaping and Protecting Our Own Thoughts with Power
You have every right to your thoughts and beliefs. I'm not here to challenge them. We are all different-and that's a good thing. But it's important to understand that your thoughts have energy. Every single one. And they don't just disappear. Emotional energy doesn't decay over time like physical matter. It accumulates in your body, your home, your workplace, and every place you spend time in or pass through.
Knowing that your thoughts come from the very center of your being, don't be too quick to speak or post or text. Take a few seconds and ask yourself: What am I really saying? What is my intention? What impact will this have? When you do this-when you give thought to your thoughts, you give them power. And that's a good thing. The goal of this essay isn't to tell you what to think. It's to help you make your thoughts stronger, more focused, and safer. Why? Because your thoughts are yours and they are your responsibility.
Connections That Linger
Every emotion you release, every word you speak, is still connected to you. It's your energy.
If you throw thoughts out into the world without first strengthening or focusing on them, others including those with bad intentions, can trace them back to you. Not physically, but energetically. We live in a connected world. The energy we release creates energetic pathways. That's not fantasy, it's simply how nonphysical science works.
Nonphysical Science and the Soul
This is not theoretical. Nonphysical science is how the nonphysical universe operates through natural law. I have no conflict with physical science. I respect it deeply. Scientists are doing a great job discovering the mechanics of the physical universe. But my area of expertise is the nonphysical universe, what some call Heaven, the Other Side, or Spirit. Call it what you will. The names don't change the beauty, knowledge, freedom, and growth it contains. That realm is where your thoughts begin.Your thoughts, emotions, personality, and mind-all nonphysical. Your brain and body are physical and temporary. That distinction is vital.I'm not speaking from belief-I'm speaking from experience. Chapter 3 described just one of the many encounters I've had. I can see these things. I don't ask you to believe. I ask only that you read with an open mind and see if something resonates.
Your thoughts rise from the deepest part of you, pass through your mind, and flow into the world. To shape them, give them a moment of attention. That alone gives them more power. It lets you track your emotional state. Don't release thoughts or emotions without examining them honestly and carefully.Because your actions are extensions of your thoughts and feelings. As a species, we've been careless with our thoughts and feelings, especially recently. We get angry at each other just for having opinions.Part of this is the effect of mass communication and instant media. Information comes at us from every direction, overwhelming our perception. That makes it all the more important to care for our thoughts and emotions. If you don't take care of your thoughts, they lose their strength and direction. If you don't understand your emotions, they may end up somewhere you didn't intend to cause harm or chaos to yourself or others. You are responsible for what you say, what you think, and how you feel.Life is hard. But if we want to grow as people, we may as well learn to shape our thoughts into stronger, more purposeful expressions.
Decorate Your Thoughts
Think of your thoughts as light. Many people see them that way.Take a moment to visualize a beautiful image attached to a positive thought as if you were decorating a Christmas tree or designing something joyful and personal.Even if the thought is forceful or angry, decorate it with meaning so the recipient can understand it. That creates the possibility of common ground, even in difficult conversations. When you shape thoughts this way, they become more powerful. They fly straighter and reach their target clearly. They don't scatter randomly in every direction, which weakens their effect and creates emotional connections you may not want.People feel those connections. Spirits see them.Take care of your precious thoughts. Communication is far deeper than we realize.
As we stand on the threshold of understanding, we realize that the world has always been more than it appears. The physical is only a small part of reality. The rest-what lies beyond the visible, beyond the measurable-is made of thought, emotion, and something we now know as Invisible Energies.
We are not powerless. The emotional chaos surrounding us, the interference from spirits, people, and even technology, can be overwhelming-but it is not unstoppable. We have tools. We have awareness. And most importantly, we have the right to take back ownership of our emotional and mental space.
Everything begins with self-recognition. You are not just a body. You are a nonphysical being experiencing physical life. You have been a being that emits energy, thoughts, emotions, this energy affects everyone around you, just as theirs affects you. But you are not defenseless. You can protect, shape, and direct your emotional energies. And in doing so, you not only heal yourself but influence the emotional field of the world around you too.
The Mirror Shield was just the beginning. As you practice it, you may begin to feel subtle shifts: less emotional interference, more mental clarity, greater peace. These are not tricks of the mind. They are real effects of reclaiming your energetic boundaries.
But the journey doesn't end with protection. It begins there.
The Power of Creative Emotion
Emotion is not a burden-it is a creative force. It's time to stop fearing our sensitivity and start recognizing it as a gift. Sensitivity allows us to read energy, feel people's intentions, and respond to the world with depth and awareness. Emotional awareness is not weak. It is advanced perception.
When emotion is conscious and guided, it becomes a generator of light. It can uplift spaces, heal others, and reshape the energetic environment of entire groups or communities. That's the next level of mastery: turning emotional protection into emotional influence-positive influence.
You don't have to be a healer or psychic to do this. Your very presence, centered and protected, radiates the energy that affects the invisible landscape around you. As you walk through life with intention, you clear emotional smog. You bring light into places darkened by fear or manipulation. You become a transmitter of stability in an unstable world.
This is not philosophy. It is the nonphysical science of emotional energy.
What the Future Holds
There will always be interference. Spirits will not disappear. Emotional energies from others will continue to reach you. The media will not suddenly become kind. But you will change.
And because you change, your responses change. Your energy fields grow stronger. Your ability to filter, redirect, and transmute energy becomes second nature. What used to feel like emotional chaos now becomes manageable. The overwhelming becomes informative. And fear becomes focus.
We are entering a time when emotional sovereignty is essential-not optional. The rise of conflict, both physical and spiritual, is not random. The invisible war is real-but we are not its victims. We are quiet warriors.
Every act of emotional discipline, every moment of self-clearing, is an act of spiritual resistance. It is the quiet revolution of reclaiming our inner lives.
The truth is simple: Invisible Energies surround us, shape us, and respond to us. They are not fantasy. They are the hidden architecture of reality.
We are not waiting for the world to change. We are learning how to shape it from within. With each thought, each feeling, each protected moment, we declare: "I am aware. I am responsible. I am strong."
Let this not be the end of the book-but the beginning of your new path.
Use what you've learned. Practice the techniques. Trust your inner knowing.
And whenever you feel overwhelmed by invisible forces, remember this: your energy is yours. And no one, not person, not spirit, not world-can take it from you without your permission.
