Everything that has ever happened, anywhere and at any time, is retrievable, viewable, and always will be. We are constantly bombarded with information, including thoughts and emotions from other people, spirits, and even various types of aliens. We must also consider our own thoughts and feelings, which are continuously generated and emanating from our inner minds.
Here's Why:
All living beings are intimately connected. Emotional connections and telepathy (mind-to-mind communication) work hand in hand to transport silent messages between us, both while awake and asleep. It's a language we rarely discuss, yet we constantly use it. Telepathy occurs between all sentient beings, though mostly at a subconscious level, which is why we often ignore it.
So, if we are all connected telepathically and emotionally, can we disconnect? The answer is no. We are bound together by our common makeup: our soul or spirit. This encompasses our personality, emotions, and everything that defines us beyond the physical.
The transfer of information and experience between souls is vastly underrated. There's an overwhelming amount of information at our disposal, yet we often ignore it. All thoughts, experiences, and actions and everyone else's-are essentially recorded and retrievable. This can be good news or bad news depending on what's being recalled. Knowing how others truly feel about us, or that our actions are never forgotten, is a profound and humble realization.
One of the strongest ways we are connected is through the mind, thoughts, and emotions. There are many other connections, but the key point is this: we are interwoven with everything that exists-physically and nonphysical. Understanding this allows us to gain control-by first learning to control ourselves.
Most people and spirits are good and have no harmful intentions. We can learn from each other and from higher beings who send us guidance through multiple channels. I believe these higher beings are simply spirits or life forms who understand science and reality better than we do.
We also communicate with various kinds of spirits-both during waking life and while asleep. It's essential to recognize that they reach out to us via telepathy and other channels, often without our awareness. If we fail to process this incoming information, it can create confusion or distress.
We are essentially receiving information from both external and internal sources all the time. If we don't protect ourselves, we can become vulnerable to strong emotional energies from others.
There's a Positive Side:
Information is power. We gain insight from others, media sources like the internet, radio, and TV, and through spiritual means such as intuitions or messages from spirit guides. These guides and other higher entities often try to help us in subtle and profound ways.
Regardless of scientific skepticism, I believe that alien contact has been occurring for as long as we have existed. The universe is teeming with life, and intelligent civilizations likely number in the billions. Their advanced propulsion systems far exceed our understanding. Ignoring extraterrestrial involvement would be irresponsible when modeling the many intelligences that interact with us.
There are many positive aspects to emotional exchanges between people, spirits, and aliens. However, this book focuses on addressing the negative impacts these interactions can have on our emotional and physical well-being. We are deeply connected to all forms of life, yet we live independently making our own decisions. Still, there are unseen players in our lives who influence us emotionally, both individually and collectively. This is dangerous and must be addressed.
The good news is; by learning specific techniques, we can filter out negative influences from both external and internal sources, including other people and spirits.
No Secrets
You may have heard of the Akashic Records. Popularized in many books, this concept essentially means that all information is knowable. There are no secrets-our thoughts and actions can be accessed by anyone, at any time. After death, it's natural for us to review all we've done in life.
In essence, we are connected to every other being-living or nonliving-across the universe. Most of this information is blocked out to prevent us from becoming overwhelmed, like how we manage online information overload.
Many curious people won't be surprised by the idea that we are connected to other humans, aliens, and spirits. For those who fear isolation, it can be comforting to realize we are never truly alone. We have many unseen allies-but also adversaries.
Negative Connections
Not everyone is kind. Some people, spirits, and aliens have negative intentions. Just as we protect ourselves from harmful humans, we must learn to guard against malevolent nonphysical entities. These spirits often outnumber us and can perceive us, even if we cannot see them.
Aliens-extraterrestrial or interdimensional-may be interested in us for reasons beyond our understanding. Telepathy allows them to communicate with us from any distance. It's crucial to acknowledge their presence and influence, regardless of government denial.
Waiting for official acknowledgment of these interactions is not practical. Based on my personal experiences, alien contact is a reality we must all confront.
We need to decide whether we'll continue being emotionally manipulated-by others, spirits, or even aliens-or learn how to defend ourselves. Our emotional buttons are too easily pushed. And because we don't know how to stop it, we often let it happen.
Some spirits have malicious intent and work actively to destabilize us emotionally, leading to irrational behavior and conflict. Emotional manipulation can be simple for those who understand it. Spirits especially are adept at this.
Although we are individuals, we are part of a larger whole. Emotional influences can be positive-but too often they're not. Negative energies can incite chaos, leading us to act in ways that are destructive or out of character.
The Media and Emotional Energy
Television, the internet, and social media constantly flood us with information. What we consume emotionally affects us deeply. Yet we remain unprotected from invisible emotional forces generated by others' thoughts, spirits, and even aliens.
Again, most entities-human or otherwise-mean us no harm. But the few with malicious intent are dangerous. We are vulnerable to their emotional influence, especially because we cannot see or identify them. Emotional energies are not physical, but they are real and impactful.
Many spirits number in the millions, perhaps billions. The idea that we continue to exist after death is widely accepted. What dies is only the physical body; the soul, or spirit, endures-carrying with it emotions, thoughts, and personality.
Spirits can observe and influence us without detection. They can read our thoughts and feelings easily, while we remain unaware of theirs. Understanding this is crucial, especially now as society undergoes massive, sometimes unsettling transformations.
Who's Really in Control?
Most spirits are aware of our thoughts daily. Our minds aren't a mystery to them. As disembodied yet sentient beings, spirits experience no barriers in connecting to our emotions.
While we believe our thoughts originate solely within us, this is not always true. Our minds are simply stops along an informational highway that begins elsewhere-often with other beings. This doesn't mean we aren't thinking independently, but we must acknowledge other influences.
This is a serious issue. Not recognizing external influence on our thoughts and emotions could lead to our downfall. It is vital that we understand these unseen connections.
We frequently lose control over trivial matters, unaware of the deeper causes. Negative individuals and beings have their own motives-often trivial or spiteful-for inciting anger, prejudice, and division.
Spirits with unresolved issues may want others to suffer as they did. Aliens, being more advanced, may see us the way we view livestock-caged, stressed, and exploited. While most aliens I've encountered are benevolent, a few may hold less charitable views of us.
More spirits exist than living people. While most mean no harm, even a small hostile group is cause for concern.
On Possession:
Can spirits or people fully possess someone?
A Simple Explanation (From an Exorcist):
Possession occurs when two spirits inhabit one body. This is rare and unnatural. It often happens during blackouts caused by alcohol, drugs, or extreme rage-when the individual loses self-control, and a spirit quickly takes over.
While complete possession is rare, emotional influence is common. Spirits don't need to be physically near us. Nonphysical beings are not bound by time or distance.
We're under constant emotional assault-from both media and unseen sources. These influences shape what we feel and think, and in turn, how we act. Often, we don't even realize this is happening.
We must regain control of our own emotional systems and property through energy work
Our thoughts and feelings originate on deep, often imperceptible levels. With emotional energy coming from all directions, we are at risk of losing control of our own emotional system.
Is there anything more dangerous than not being the master of your own emotions?
We must understand that others-seen and unseen-can affect us deeply and often negatively. It is false to believe we are completely in control of our minds and emotions.
We Are All Interconnected Psychically
Our thoughts and emotions aren't recorded; they are always accessible at the informational level. Psychic communication is a natural process between all living beings. We all have and use this ability.
The issue is not its existence, but our failure to use it for protection. Fortunately, shielding ourselves is easier than we think. It is not natural to be at the mercy of others' thoughts. And when emotional energies are broadcast by groups, the influence can be devastating.
These unseen energies blend into our own emotions, sometimes without our awareness. Though it may sound complex, the solution lies in natural science.
In the next chapter, you will learn what you can do about it.
Chapter 5: Playing to Win
There are people who want you to be angry. There are spirits that seek to manipulate your emotions and drive you to despair. Can you stop this from happening? Yes, you can.
Let's start by examining the problem, as this will guide us to the solution. Every living being generates emotional energies. These not only affect the individual but also radiate outward, influencing others. Although we cannot see these energies, we can feel them. It's surprisingly easy for emotional energy to be transferred between individuals or even groups.
There are many kinds of spirits. Spirits are simply beings without physical bodies. However, they possess form, fully functioning minds, and emotional systems. They generate emotional energy just as we do, and this energy can affect us-especially when deliberately directed at us.
Negative emotional energies are all around us. They can be present in living spaces, workplaces, stores, restaurants, anywhere people have released strong emotions. Because these energies are invisible, we rarely notice when they're coming into contact with our own emotional systems and energy fields. This constant bombardment is dangerous, and the fact that we don't know how to stop it is the core problem.
The Solution
Emotional energy has no physical weight. Though invisible, it can be pushed away using specific techniques. While we may never know exactly when emotional energies are impacting us, the solution is to prevent them from making contact in the first place.
Everything I'm going to teach you can be done while sitting, standing, walking, or even jogging, whatever is comfortable. There's no need to physically move your body to repel these energies. It's easier than you might think.
Humans consist of two parts: the physical and the nonphysical. Spirits, however, are solely nonphysical. Since emotional energies are also nonphysical, there's no need to use physical means to stop them from affecting us.
The nonphysical universe surrounds us and contains natural energy that can be shaped for our use. It flows through us continuously. Think of this as raw, shapeless energy waiting to be formed into something meaningful through intent and visualization.
This isn't about manipulating the physical world; spirits and emotional energies have no physical properties. This makes it easier to move them away from us than we might assume.
The Mirror Shield:
1. Visualize the energy
From a sitting or standing position (or while walking or jogging), visualize natural energy flowing out from your center. It's already happening, you're just focusing on it. This is not imagination. Visualization, on a nonphysical level, creates and shapes energy.
Visualize this energy radiating out like the rays of the sun. Use color if it helps-it gives the energy shape and definition. The specific color doesn't matter; what matters is your intent.
This energy surrounds you like a glowing sphere. Imagine it extending at least 12 inches above your head, behind your back, beneath your feet, and outward in all directions. You are essentially floating in a ball of light. You are generating this field from your center, and it must surround you for full protection.
Other people may not see this, but spirits will-and that's exactly the point. We want them to see we are protected. Subconsciously, other people may also pick up on this energy field, just as one might notice a home security system. With practice, forming this protective field takes just a few seconds.
Please don't attempt this mental exercise while driving, it momentarily takes your focus away.
2. Command the Energy
Once your energy field is established, give it a silent but clear command. For example:
"I am creating this Mirror Shield to break up and repel negative emotional energies and return them to their source."
This isn't a spell or incantation. It's not religious. It's a technique-scientific in nature. You don't have to use these exact words, but you must mean what you say. Intent is everything. If you doubt yourself, the process won't work.
Remember: you don't need to understand every detail for something to be effective. Meditation works even though we don't fully understand how. This technique is similar.
The Mirror Shield was developed through years of experience and with the help of benevolent teaching spirits. It is designed to be simple, quick, and effective.
3. Practice
I've been teaching this technique for over a decade. It effectively repels negative emotional energy from people and spirits alike.
Most people don't realize when they're sending negative energy to others. Every strong emotion radiates from each of us, sometimes very often becoming trapped in our own energy fields. That's why clearing, and protection is so essential.
In today's world, we are all bombarded by emotional energy from countless sources, especially online. The more well-known you are, the more emotional energy you're likely to receive. But even in everyday life, we interact with a staggering amount of emotional input.
Personal protection makes a difference. You'll feel the benefits immediately.
Why the Mirror Shield Works:
The Mirror Shield filters out only negative emotional energy. It doesn't block positive emotions. It's not about shutting down emotionally, it's about preventing harm.
Why send energy back to the source? Because emotional connections work like two-way tubes. If someone creates a connection by thinking about you negatively, that link needs to be severed before energy flows through it. The Mirror Shield does this automatically.
You're not harming anyone. You're not initiating conflict. You're simply stopping their energy from affecting you.
Blocking these unwanted energies often reduces or eliminates the sender's focus on you. In many cases, it ends the connection entirely. This technique is a healthy way to repair one-sided or toxic energetic links.
There is no karmic backlash for protecting yourself. There's no universal law requiring you to absorb other people's emotional toxicity.
Quick and Effective
This system was designed for the modern world. It takes just 3 to 5 seconds to activate. With practice, you'll be able to use it discreetly anywhere-at work, at home, in public-without drawing attention.
Why does it work so well? Because we are only affecting nonphysical energies. These have no mass, so they're easily shaped and moved. The Mirror Shield uses science and logic-no belief system required.
Sage, holy water, or symbolic items may have some effect, but they don't move emotional energy. The Mirror Shield does.
The Real Danger
Spirits can and do attack by sending intense emotional energy at their targets. But using this technique repels them effectively. Negative spirits fear having their energy returned. It weakens them.
Most emotional energy comes from people-awake or asleep. Thoughts alone can project this energy. That's why protection is so essential.
There are more advanced protection systems, but the Mirror Shield is a powerful first step. Try it. You'll feel the difference.
When you can deflect unwanted energy, your emotional system can repair itself quickly. You'll no longer fear angry people or malicious spirits. You'll be in control of your own emotional state and energy field.
This knowledge can integrate easily into any belief system-or none. It's simply science.
Emotional energy has real effects, even though we can't see it. And that means we should take it seriously.
You can shape your emotional experience. You can be in control. And that's not just empowering, it's essential.
Chapter 6 Thought Power
All our thoughts begin on a nonphysical level. They start as impulses of visualization created at the very center of our being-what some may call the soul or spirit. The terminology is not as important as the science behind it. For the record, your soul is you. It encompasses everything you are, excluding your physical body. It includes your personality, emotions, feelings, thoughts, and more. Our thoughts appear as lights within each of us. Some remain dormant, while others take shape and travel. The ones that go somewhere are those we energize. This energy, which exists abundantly on the nonphysical plane, is generic and designed to be shaped into complex forms with intent and purpose. We give our thoughts that purpose through the energy we assign to them. It's like an intelligent snowball rolling downhill-gathering size and momentum. Perhaps not the perfect analogy, but useful, nonetheless. We subconsciously choose the thoughts we wish to pursue, often without conscious awareness until they grow strong enough to enter our conscious mind. These thoughts can also take the form of emotions or feelings. As we focus on thoughts and feelings, they become more noticeable and gain strength. Some are beneficial, others are not. This is part of the natural evolution of an individual's thought process.Thoughts and feelings from others can and do enter our minds through our energy fields, both subconsciously and consciously, all the time.We choose the thoughts we wish to work with, imbuing them with power as we evaluate their meaning, consequences, advantages, and relevance. In this way, we nurture our thoughts and observe how they evolve and fit into our reality.
Some we discard, yet their energetic traces remain. This entire process is natural and can be a wonderful thing. However, it is crucial to quickly evaluate thoughts to ensure they are helpful rather than harmful to ourselves or others. This is self-control, not control by others. That distinction is vital. Our thoughts and feelings can be shaped by others, either through the information we consume or more invasively through manipulation-by people and spirits alike. This manipulation can be intentional or unintentional and happens to everyone daily. We often don't recognize it because we don't understand the deeper levels where thoughts and feelings originate.Because our emotions and thoughts begin so deeply within us, we can become unknowing targets-through media, social interactions, or even spirits. Spirits are simply people who no longer have physical bodies. They outnumber the living and interact with us constantly. While many interactions are positive, a significant number aim to exert control for negative reasons. In essence, we are being emotionally sucker-punched more often than we realize.Whether we're aware of it or not, none of our thoughts are entirely secret-they can be read on various levels by both humans and spirits through a process called telepathy. Telepathy is not a mystical term; it simply refers to mind-to-mind communication without verbal expression, happening on a nonphysical level. Our brains are physical; our minds are not.
This doesn't lessen the power of our thoughts. Quite the opposite. Our thoughts are potent-more powerful than most people realize. Even though they may feel confined within our minds, they are not. They originate from our innermost selves and are projected outward with varying degrees of force. This can be both a blessing and a problem. Our thoughts and emotions extend far beyond our minds-to people we think about consciously or unconsciously, to our environments, and to the places we inhabit, workplaces, public spaces, the internet everywhere. These thoughts and emotions carry energy. Because we can't see this energy with our physical eyes, we often remain unaware. Yet emotionally charged thoughts are present around us constantly. The real issue is that not all these thoughts-our own or others'-carry beneficial energy. Some can be harmful. And we often aren't discerning enough. What Do I Mean by "Charged"?Emotional energies carry nonphysical charges. These are not electrical, but energetic signatures corresponding to feelings.Positive feelings carry positive charges that are powerful. Negative emotional energies, likewise, have distinct and potent charges. There are three main sources of thought energy:Our own deep thoughts and feelings, including subconscious origins.External emotional energies from people or spirits breaking through our natural energetic defenses.A mixture of internal and external thought energies, which is often the most problematic. We all want our thoughts to be our own. Yet too often, they are shaped by others' emotions without our consent or awareness. The key lies in discernment: the ability to filter what influences us and exercise self-control.Self-control doesn't mean being controlled by others. It means choosing what influence we allow. We have the power to resist emotional manipulation from people and spirits alike--but only if we recognize our ability to choose. The solution is simpler than it seems. And it's grounded in science. We choose which thoughts to empower. The more energy we invest in thought or feeling, the more powerful it becomes. This is fine for positive energy. But when it comes to negative thoughts, we must tread carefully. Most of us carry a vast reservoir of stored emotional energy within our body's energy fields. As thoughts move through our minds and gain form, they can unintentionally pick up these stored emotions-anger, fear, sorrow-and become amplified. Without energetic protection, our thoughts can also be influenced by the emotional energies of others or, in the worst cases, by spirits with ill intent. This isn't metaphysics-it's nonphysical science. My field of work involves exploring this domain. The nonphysical universe is vast than the physical. Its laws differ, but they exist-and they govern both beings and environments. We live in duality. We are both physical and spiritual beings. When we die, we leave the body, but our consciousness, personality, and emotions continue. I know this not from books or beliefs-but through direct experience. Our thoughts are not confined. They radiate outward-toward people, places, and even unknown recipients. Positive thoughts pose no issue. But negative ones accumulate in environments-homes, workplaces-and linger. They don't dissipate easily. They have a long shelf life.
