STARCLEAR Frequently Asked Questions

"I am (fill in the blanks) Christian, Muslim, Jewish, etc... I would like your help, but it is against my religion or faith to use your services."

Most religions seem to have so much in common. We all believe in the afterlife. We all believe in our immortal souls. We work with people from every religion, and with those who belong to none. The kind of work that we do is very compatible with all religions. The goal is to keep our spirits or soul, in the best shape possible, morally and energetically. Having a strong connection to God, or whatever deity you believe in, is a very positive thing, and we recommend it. We do not try to change people's belief systems, and only suggest that they become more connected and stronger in their beliefs. We help strengthen your connections, and help you deal with problems that may have occurred through negative emotional energies, or unhealthy spirits, that wish to interfere in your faith or life. It's possible that you have some psychic abilities. This is very natural. The work that we do will only strengthen your connection to the Angels and God. It's not a good idea to deny your natural abilities, but to use them and learn from them, and see how it fits in your life. Psychic abilities are perceptions, and it's good to be perceptive. That is certainly not a sin.

"What is STARCLEAR's mission?"

The mission of STARCLEAR is to reduce negativity, fear, and violence in our world by:

1) educating the public about the nature of negative spirits and negative emotional energy

2) removing negative energy and negative spirits from people and locations

3) empowering people by removing fear of the spirit world, and teaching people how they can remove negative energy from themselves, their families, and their homes

4) helping people to live their best lives by teaching them how they can be stronger in body, mind, and spirit.

5) contributing to the overall spiritual evolution of the physical plane by helping people to increase their personal and spiritual power.

STARCLEAR believes that everyone has the right and the power to develop their psychic abilities, to defend themselves and others against spiritual attack, and to evolve spiritually. We are simply here to teach and to facilitate that process.

"I thought exorcists had to be priests or ministers or somehow affiliated with a religious organization? How can you be an exorcist and not be ordained into an organized religion?"

The spirit world is unconcerned with man-made religions. Organized religions only have meaning in the physical world, and only have power in the physical world if people let them have meaning and power during the brief amount of time they are in the physical world. The important thing is that the exorcist works only by the grace of higher spirits.

The majority of clergy who work as exorcists do not have the psychic ability that is necessary to detect and remove evil spirits or negative energy. This can potentially result in misdiagnosed possessions and ineffective exorcisms. A common technique used by religious organizations to diagnose demonic possession is to administer a questionnaire to the afflicted individual about their past wounds or abuses, current issues and problems, and past or present misdeeds. If the individual states that they abuse substances, or had a history of abuse, mental illness, or disease, they quite often diagnose the individual as being possessed by demons. This is fundamentally wrong, and it hurts people. Not only does the troubled person not get the proper help they need, but now they are even more fearful of spirituality because they think they are possessed.

We do not need to know your past. We do not need to know your present. Because we have psychic ability and the authority from higher spirits to assist people, we can detect if, in the present day, you are under spiritual attack, possessed, or simply have an excess amount of negative emotional energy built-up in your system. Sometimes clients who come to see us claiming possession or possible possession, end up not being possessed, and discover that what is really going on is a physical or mental problem. We refer such clients to medical doctors and mental health professionals who can help.

Sometimes, the client is physically and mentally healthy, and just needs to have negative emotional energies removed from their system. With the authority of higher spirits, we remove these negative energies so that the client can function in tip-top shape once again.

We have our clients' best interests at heart, and will use our psychic abilities to get our clients the proper help they need.

"Do you ever get attacked by evil spirits?"

Yes. We are the enemy of evil spirits, because we figuratively "shine a bright light" on who and what they are, and the fact that they have no special powers over people in the physical world, and because we teach people how to defend themselves against the effects of negative spirits. We are the enemy of negative spirits because we have the ability to detect their presence, and they cannot hide from us. We have the ability to remove negative spirits from people and locations, and if necessary, with the help and authority of our very good and very powerful spirit guides, to banish them to lower planes of existence.

"Do you ever feel afraid of evil spirits?"

No. An exorcist would be a pretty poor exorcist if they let evil spirits scare them. No matter how strong an evil spirit is, we have the connections to higher spirits and have the authority to remove it.

"Do you believe in God or in one Supreme Being?"

We think that there are many higher spirits out there who could be considered to be "Supreme Beings". There are many higher spirits who do good work for our benefit. As far as there being ONE main God, it wouldn't surprise us if there was one main Supreme Being, it makes sense that there probably is, but we think we need to concern ourselves more with spirit guides and higher spirits who are more likely to be involved in our daily lives.

Think of it this way: if you needed to talk to the phone company about your phone bill, you'd call customer service. If you called the CEO of the phone company you likely would get no response.

There is a chain of command in the spirit world. Your spirit guides are like customer service. They are there when you need them, and they do respond to your requests for help. This doesn't mean we don't think there is no ONE most powerful good spirit ruling over all, but that is not information that anyone in the physical world is privy to. We don't rule it out, and we think it's a very real possibility. We concern ourselves with the good higher spirits and our spirit guides who are here actively trying to help people to evolve and empower themselves.

"Is my online payment secure?"

Yes. We do not have access to your credit card information. Paypal handles all online payments and will not release your credit card information to anyone.

"What if I can't find the amount I want to pay?"

"Why don't you help people for free?"

We have to pay to run STARCLEAR in order to reach people to help them, the costs of which are rather large and include, but are not limited to, website costs, advertising, telephone and internet service, audio/visual equipment, computer equipment, gasoline, wear-and-tear on vehicles, metaphysical supplies, office supplies, etc. If we didn't charge a fee, the expenses to run STARCLEAR would have to come out of Amy's day job paycheck, and that must be reserved to pay her mortgage and feed her family. Monthly costs to run STARCLEAR range from $900-$1500 per month.

Let's not forget that the time and care we invest in each and every STARCLEAR client is valuable too! Jeffrey and Amy spend countless hours working on the mission of STARCLEAR. They don't HAVE to work STARCLEAR - they do it because they want to. Most evenings and weekends while most of people are relaxing, eating dinner, and watching TV, Jeffrey and Amy are usually helping clients on the phone, returning client emails, running to business clearings, home clearings, working on the upcoming book, doing website work or newsletter work. It's a calling. Why else would someone voluntarily give up all their free time and energy to help strangers for only enough profit to continue getting the message out? We are called to help - we are compelled to contribute to the greater good.

Besides, you wouldn't begrudge a musician for earning his living off his talent for making music, nor would you begrudge an artist for earning his living off his talent for painting portraits. So why would you begrudge any spiritual worker for making their living off their talent to heal, teach, or read energy?

Believe us - if we win the Powerball - and we're working on it, even though a ping pong ball coming out of a hopper has no energy for us to read - we will offer our services for free.

"Are you against organized religion?"

We are not anti-anything unless it hurts people physically, emotionally, or spiritually, or unless it takes away a person's freedom and personal power against their will. We believe that each individual should invest in what works for them, because all of our spiritual paths are so unique. STARCLEAR provides one perspective that works for people who are on spiritual paths that match up with what we teach and do. Many STARCLEAR clients use our teachings and services to enhance the beliefs of the organized religion they belong to.

"Do you have a book I can buy?"

Soon! The manuscript for STARCLEAR's first book is being worked on through the end of 2009. We will post more information in the months to come...

"Who does your website?"

Both Jeffrey and Amy work on developing STARCLEAR.com. We change things on the website daily, so keep checking back for additions that can enhance your spiritual learning. We advocate for freedom of knowledge and learning in spirituality, so we provide a free avenue of learning via our website. We also feel that continual-and-neverending-improvement is essential for spiritual growth and evolution, and our website reflects this philosophy.

"How do I know you are legitimate psychics?" or "How do I know you are not fraudulent?"

1) Because we teach people how to do what we do so that they won't need to use us in the future. If we were frauds, we would tell you that only we have this ability so you need us to be able to access psychic insights and to heal energetically.

2) Because our reputation is on the line. Jeffrey has made this his life's work, and as you can see from his television and radio page, he has worked incredibly hard for years to selflessly assist the public, and has a good reputation for doing so. Amy works a full time day job for a very reputable company, she has a very impressive career resume and education, she builds and maintains websites for people's businesses on the side, and she has a family, yet she is called to help people with their spiritual issues, so she puts her reputation on the line to assist all who request her help.

3) Because we bravely put ourselves out there. Although STARCLEAR is non-denominational and we love and accept all religions and spiritual concepts, we occasionally get not-so-nice email from individuals who disagree with our mission and with what we do. Yet because we are "called" - this is our vocation - we keep working to teach the public how to stop negativity, fear, and violence in the world by helping them to raise their vibrational frequency up and away from the lower plane thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. We believe there are many ways to find spiritual comfort and guidance on the physical plane. STARCLEAR is meant as an alternative or an augmentation to any existing beliefs.

4) Because we have a genuine talent for energy reading, healing, protection, and a passion to defend people against spiritual attack and rid the world of violence in all its forms.
