"Wow - you do 2 radio shows. You must make a lot of money off of it."
Actually, we are not compensated at all for either one. Because we are only two people, we can't be there physically for everyone, and we're not going to be around forever, our #1 mission is to educate people and to present them with a variety of metaphysical concepts in addition to our own. We truly care about people and want them to find happiness on the physical plane, be it through our ideologies or somebody else's. Through our work in internet radio, we are able to bring you a variety of spiritual workers from all over the world to learn from.

"What is IMU Radio?"
IMU Radio is the official radio station of the International Metaphysical University, where Jeffrey is a professor. Amy and Jeffrey are the hosts of IMU Radio and the guests are professors of the University. Questions about Exorcism
"I thought exorcists had to be priests or ministers or somehow affiliated with a religious organization? How can you be an exorcist and not be ordained into an organized religion?"
The spirit world is unconcerned with the rules created by man-made religions. Organized religions only have meaning in the physical world, and only have power in the physical world if people let them have meaning and power during the brief amount of time they are in the physical world. The important thing is that the exorcist works only by the grace of higher spirits.
Most organized-religion based exorcists lack the psychic ability to detect an actual possession or spiritual attack, and will incorrectly diagnose a client as being possessed based on questionnaires about mental health, addictions, or past traumas. This would be akin to a doctor diagnosing you with cancer because you say you have a pain in your shoulder. Because we have psychic ability and the grace from higher spirits to assist people, we can detect if, in the present day, you are under spiritual attack, possessed, or simply have an excess amount of negative emotional energy built-up in your system. Sometimes clients who come to see us claiming possession or possible possession, end up not being possessed, and discover that what is really going on is a physical or mental problem. We refer such clients to medical doctors and mental health professionals who can help.
Sometimes, the client is physically and mentally healthy, and just needs to have negative emotional energies removed from their system. With the authority of higher spirits, we remove these negative energies so that the client can function in tip-top shape once again.
We have our clients' best interests at heart, and will use our psychic abilities to get our clients the proper help they need.
"Is Amy Lamb an exorcist?"
Because of her pre-birth experiences, and her success in ending life-long bouts with spiritual attack, Amy will eventually take over as the exorcist for STARCLEAR, once Jeffrey is no longer able to do so. She has performed exorcisms, but does not call herself an exorcist (yet).
"Does Jeffrey do psychic readings?"
Jeffrey does not use his abilities for psychic readings. He uses his abilities to detect and detach you from negative spirits, clear you of built-up negative emotional energies, and to repair your metaphysical system. If you need psychic help with the details of your personal life, please seek out someone who uses their abilities for psychic readings.
"Do you ever get attacked by evil spirits?"
Yes. We are the enemy of evil spirits, because we figuratively "shine a bright light" on who and what they are, and the fact that they have no special powers over people in the physical world, and because we teach people how to defend themselves against the effects of negative spirits. We are the enemy of negative spirits because we have the ability to detect their presence, and they cannot hide from us. We have the ability to remove negative spirits from people and locations, and if necessary, with the help and authority of our very good and very powerful spirit guides, to banish them to lower planes of existence.
"Do you ever feel afraid of evil spirits?"
No. An exorcist would be a pretty poor exorcist if they let evil spirits scare them. No matter how strong an evil spirit is, we have the talent with energy work and the connections to higher spirits needed to remove it.
Questions about Our Philosophy on Client Work
"Are there any types of clients you will not to work with?"
If we suspect you have a physical illness or mental illness we will not accept payment from you. If you have a physical or mental illness, you need to see a doctor or psychologist, not a spiritual worker. We are experienced enough to know when spiritual attack is real vs. when it is a manifestation of a physical or mental illness.
In addition, we advocate that you read through our website thoroughly before taking our services. There are many good psychics and healers out there beyond us at STARCLEAR. It is ok to find a spiritual worker who "fits" you. The important thing is to find a spiritual worker who cares more about YOU than the amount of money you give them.
In the reverse, we choose our clients. We will peacefully end relationships with clients who are disrespectful, demanding, or abusive. Also, if we feel we are not a right fit to help you, for whatever reason, we will not accept payment or will return your payment if we have not yet performed the service, and will try our best to refer you to the right spiritual or non-spiritual help that you need.
"Is there anything I can do to help you be more effective in working with me?"
Yes. Ending spiritual attack requires work from all parties involved in trying to end it. You need to work every day on the "quad" - body, thoughts, emotions, and spirit - to get and keep your vibrational frequency up high enough to stop being a magnet for negative spirits.
Be ready to move forward from your past. If you are ready to move on from your past and LET GO, personal clearings and readings are life-changing in that they function as catalysts of change for the better for you.
Have the attitude that you are in charge of your life. Jeffrey and Amy of STARCLEAR are not the solution to your problems. What we do is facilitate and expedite movement in your life. We are simply catalysts. You alone determine the success or failure of your own life. A reading or clearing with Jeffrey or Amy can not cause failure in - or harm to - your life. At worst, an encounter with Jeffrey or Amy will help to put the energetic odds in your favor for success.
Questions About Our Availability for In-Person Service
"Why can't I use the online scheduling system to schedule an in-person home clearing or in-person personal clearing? Why is in-person work so much more expensive and hard to get?"
The overall mission of STARCLEAR is to educate and teach. The first 4 of our mission statements are all about education, teaching, and empowering people to do what we do. Our last mission statement involves us helping (either via distance or in-person work) only when people have tried everything on their own with no success.
There are far too many homes and people under spiritual attack, even in our own city, than we could ever be physically capable of helping on an individual basis. There are far too many people, even in our own city, who simply want in-person personal clearings or in-person home clearings, than we could ever be physically capable of helping individually.
We are only two people. There is not enough of us to go around.
Because we can't be there, in-person, for everyone, we are trying to focus people towards learning how to break free of spiritual attack and keeping themselves and their living spaces free from the negative emotional energy on their own. Our ultimate goal is to teach people how we do what we do, and let people become stronger and learn to stand on their own two feet. It's about empowerment and knowledge of all people.
"I left a phone message/emailed Jeffrey/Amy x number of days ago. Why hasn't anyone gotten back to me?"
We receive hundreds of emails and phone messages each month from people all over the world. We are only two people, and there is not always enough of us to go around to personally contact everyone. Many of the questions people call or email us about can be answered on our website.
Current, paid, clients are contacted as our first priority, as these are the people who we are actively helping to end spiritual attack. We do not have the resources to be on-call, but we do make it our first priority to respond to current client requests for communication, if possible within 24 hours. If you are a paid, current client and we don't return your call or email within 24 hours, please try again.
In general, if you left a phone message, did you speak both your name and return telephone number slowly and clearly? This is our biggest challenge with phone messages is that we cannot return the call if you assume we know who you are, or if you assume that we have your phone number, and/or if you speak your phone number so fast we cannot transcribe it onto paper to be able to return your call.
Because we are only two people, and we will not be on the physical plane forever, we encourage you to read about what we teach and do in an effort to try to help yourself before requesting our time and assistance. We have audio lessons and video lessons to learn from, many free articles on the website, free ideas, free audio and video. The goal for anyone struggling with life in the physical plane is to confront spiritual attack and negative situations in your life from all angles. To work every day to get stronger in the quad - body, thoughts, emotions, and spirit.
Questions about Why We Charge For Our Services
"Do you do energy work for free for people under spiritual attack, but who can't afford your fee?"
Over the years, we have taken on countless pro bono cases where the client was in a financially difficult situation, and often at financial cost to us. However, we had to make the decision to no longer take pro bono cases for either in-person or for distance energy work due to the fact that we are not always treated well or kindly, nor has our time been respected, by our pro bono clients.
Every pro-bono client we have ever taken on has been unwilling to do the work on themselves that we tell them needs to be done at the same time we are doing energy work for them. The vast majority of pro-bono clients never even show up for their appointments. There seems to be a connection between lack of investment of money and lack of willingness to dedicate themselves to working on the problem with us.
On the other hand, nearly every paid client we have ever had has been wonderful - they show up on time for appointments and they have been willing to work to take action on the things we tell them need to be done to end spiritual attack and/or be free from negative emotional energy.
"I think it is immoral that you charge a fee for your work. Why do you charge a fee?"
Is it immoral that an artist or musician charges a fee for their art or music? Is it immoral that your doctor or dentist charges a fee for their time and expertise? We have spent a lifetime developing our skills and expertise to work with energy and to help people to live a better quality of life. All people with a skill, talent, expertise, education, etc, charge for their time and energy.
In addition to that, it is simply a fact that we have to pay to run STARCLEAR in order to reach people to help them, the costs of which are rather large and include, but are not limited to, website costs, advertising, telephone and internet service, recurring software charges, audio/visual equipment, computer equipment, gasoline, wear-and-tear on vehicles, metaphysical supplies, office supplies, etc. If we didn't charge a fee, the expenses to run STARCLEAR would have to come entirely out of our personal income that we need to live on, and they often DO come out of our personal incomes.
Our energy work WORKS, or we wouldn't offer our services. The work that we do adds value to people's lives, so we rightfully should be compensated for our time and energy, just like any professional should be. Energy work IS work, and it depletes us physically. We work to stay in top condition mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually to be able to help you.

Questions About Payment or Our Website
"Is my online payment secure?"
Yes. We do not have access to your credit card information. Paypal handles all online payments and will not release your credit card information to anyone.
"What if I can't find the amount I want to pay?"
"I don't have a Paypal account. How can I pay you?"
You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to purchase our services using Paypal, which is merely our credit card service provider. When you reach the payment page, just look for: "Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account", and click on: "Continue". Be advised that we will not accept personal checks as payment for our services.
"Who does your website?"
Both Jeffrey and Amy work on developing STARCLEAR.com. We change things on the website daily, so keep checking back for additions that can enhance your spiritual learning. We advocate for freedom of knowledge and learning in spirituality, so we provide a free avenue of learning via our website. We also feel that continual-and-neverending-improvement is essential for spiritual growth and evolution, and our website reflects this philosophy.
"Do you have a book I can buy?"
Soon! Amy is on hiatus to finish the manuscript for STARCLEAR's first book. We will post more information in the months to come...
Questions About Religion
"Are you against organized religion?"
We are not anti-anything unless it hurts people physically, emotionally, or spiritually, or unless it takes away a person's freedom and personal power. (Please see Your Spiritual Bill of Rights for more on this...) We believe that each individual should invest in what works for them, because all of our spiritual paths are so unique. STARCLEAR provides one perspective that works for people who are on spiritual paths that match up with what we teach and do. Many STARCLEAR clients use our teachings and services to enhance the beliefs of the organized religion or spiritual beliefs they subscribe to.
"I am (fill in the blanks) Christian, Muslim, Jewish, etc... I would like your help, but it is against my religion or faith to use your services."
Most religions seem to have so much in common. We all believe in the afterlife. We all believe in our immortal souls. We work with people from every religion, and with those who belong to none. The kind of work that we do is very compatible with all religions. The goal is to keep our spirits or soul, in the best shape possible, morally and energetically. Having a strong connection to God, or whatever deity you believe in, is a very positive thing, and we recommend it. We do not try to change people's belief systems, and only suggest that they become more connected and stronger in their beliefs. We help strengthen your connections, and help you deal with problems that may have occurred through negative emotional energies, or unhealthy spirits, that wish to interfere in your faith or life. It's possible that you have some psychic abilities. This is very natural. The work that we do will only strengthen your connection to the Angels and God. It's not a good idea to deny your natural abilities, but to use them and learn from them, and see how it fits in your life. Psychic abilities are perceptions, and it's good to be perceptive. That is certainly not a sin.
"Do you believe in God or in one Supreme Being?"
In short, yes. We also think that there are many higher spirits out there who could be considered to be "Supreme Beings". There are many higher spirits who do good work for our benefit. We think we should all focus out attention on our spirit guides and higher spirits who are more likely to be involved in our daily lives.
Think of it this way: if you needed to talk to the phone company about your phone bill, you'd call customer service. If you called the CEO of the phone company you likely would get no response.
There is a chain of command in the spirit world. Your spirit guides are like customer service. They are there when you need them, and they do respond to your requests for help. This doesn't mean we don't think there is no ONE most powerful good spirit ruling over all, but that is not information that anyone in the physical world is privy to. We don't rule it out, and we think it's a very real possibility. We concern ourselves with the good higher spirits and our spirit guides who are here actively trying to help people to evolve and empower themselves.
