• No energy work or psychic reading will help you to change your life if you do not want to move forward from your past.  If you are ready to move on from your past, energy work and psychic readings can be life-changing in that they can function as catalysts of change for the better for you.

• You are in charge of your life, and we are not the solution to your problems.  You determine the success or failure of your own life.  A reading or clearing with Jeffrey or Amy can not cause failure in - or harm to - your life.  At worst, an encounter with Jeffrey or Amy will help to put the energetic odds in your favor for success.

• We read and clear the energy of our clients.  Your energy is generated by your soul.  We respect your energy, and we respect you as a person.  Your missions during your time in the physical world are very valuable and we have the utmost respect for helping you get - or stay - on the right path so that you can fulfill your missions. 

• If you are struggling with something in your life, then we can assist you so that you come away from a session with answers, insight, and ideas to think about.   You are in charge.  What you do with the information we give you is your decision. 

• We don't read for "drivel", numbers, counts, gambling, or sports.  We won't tell you what you ate for dinner last night or how many ice cream cones you ate last month, but we will tell you if there is a particular food you are eating that is aggravating a health condition.  We give you useful information about the now and the future.  Likewise, we read metaphysical energy, so don't ask us what the winning Powerball numbers will be, since a ping pong ball coming out of a hopper has no soul, an thus, has no metaphysical energy for us to read.

• No psychic has all the answers and sometimes we cannot see things either because your energy is preventing us from tuning in to the answer, or because knowing the answer would be detrimental for you, or the information may simply be unavailable for reasons we are unable to discern.  If this is the case, we will be honest and tell you this.

• We are here to tell you the truth.  We pass along any messages received from the universe for you as we receive them, so we are simply the messengers.  What you do with the information we give you is your choice. 

• We tell you what you NEED to hear, not what you WANT to hear.  If you don't want to hear the truth about the information we receive on your behalf, then don't pay for a session.

• If you feel angry at us about information we relay to you, seek resolution of your negative feelings from  yourself, turn inwards, and ask yourself WHY you feel angry.  Remember - you can always change the outcome - you are the master of your own destiny.  Be cautious of readers who seem to only be affirming what you want to hear.

• Future-Oriented Readings:  Psychics cannot foretell the future with accuracy, because the future does not exist.  The future is made through the myriad of free-willed choices we all have.   Even spirits cannot know the future, but they can see the world from a higher vantage point.  When we receive messages for you, it is from this higher vantage point.  We can give you an assessment of future likelihoods, but free-will can change these likelihoods the second you are done with the reading.   Even if psychics could foresee future with accuracy, which they can't, it would be destructive for us to reveal it to our clients because if would prevent you from learning required lessons and from fulfilling your purpose in this incarnation.

• Past/past life-Oriented Readings:   We will only be able to give you some details of past lives, or assist you with doing a past life regression, if we are allowed by your spirit guides to do so.   For some people, it would be detrimental to have knowledge of the details of past lives while in this incarnation.  We all pass through the "River of Forgetfulness" just prior to incarnation for a reason - to forget past lives so we can focus on this life.  Once you are done with this lifetime, you can spend as much time as you like in the Hall of Knowledge pouring over the Akashic Records to read the details of your past lives.  But while incarnated, you will only be allowed to receive limited knowledge of your past lives, and only if it serves to assist you in evolving and completing your missions. 

• If a we tell you anything that is unclear, ask us for clarification.  It is alright.  We are here to teach and help.

• Holding back information in an effort to "test" the psychic usually backfires.  In addition, going into a reading with even the slightest negative attitude can inhibit the psychic from tuning in to you.   It is difficult for us to tune into your energy if you are putting up such barriers.   Yes, we will know if you are trying to test us or if you have a negative attitude about receiving our assistance.  The most accurate and helpful clearings and readings happen when the client is forthcoming with information, and has an open mind, heart, and energy. 

• There are many legitimate psychics out there beyond us at STARCLEAR.  It is ok to find a psychic that "fits" you.  The important thing is to find a psychic who cares more about YOU than the amount of money you give them.

• In the reverse, we choose our clients.   We will peacefully end relationships with clients who are disrespectful, demanding, or abusive.  Also, if we feel we cannot help you for whatever reason, we will not accept payment or will return your payment if we have not yet performed the service, and will try our best to refer you to the right spiritual or non-spiritual help that you need.
