As you may conclude from reading other STARCLEAR free articles, spiritually-speaking, your negative thoughts and emotions can come from many places - some may come from built up negative emotional energy from your past, from spiritual attack, from built up negative emotional energy in locations and buildings, from the negative emotional energy of people around you or who may be thinking of you in a negative way, or they may actually be your own emotions.
An empathic psychic can feel the thoughts and emotions of other people. For the true empathic psychic who has not yet learned how to manage this psychic ability, this feels like an awful burden. When an empathic psychic has not yet dedicated themselves to learning the skills necessary to protect themselves against the energy of other people, they may become depressed and wonder they can't seem to function or cope with life like everyone else. In addition, they may often find themselves in relationships with organizations and people who continually drain their own positive energy (often referred to as psychic vampires or energy suckers).
Ask yourself the following questions to determine if you are an empathic psychic. If you can answer "yes" to most of them, you are likely an empathic psychic.
Do you feel overwhelmed and stressed going into crowded public places? Like it's sensory overload?
Do other people feel better after talking to you but you feel worse after talking to them? (This is because they are using you as a positive energy source.)
Do you feel tired in the day even though you slept all night (and you are otherwise physically healthy)?
Does your appearance in terms of attractiveness noticeably change from more attractive to less attractive almost on a daily basis? Or do you appear older one day, and younger the next? (This is why Amy only does photo shoots for STARCLEAR on certain days. LOL!)
Do you have physical pains or body sensations that are not the cause of any medical problem?
Does watching violence or people being hurt on the TV or in movies deeply disturb and upset you, whereas other people are able to carry on with their lives as usual after watching such "entertainment"?
Do you feel like it is difficult for you to maintain a stable mood? (this is because you are expressing the emotions you pick up on from people around you)
Do other people accuse you of being too sensitive, or accuse you of taking things "too personally"?
Despite all of this, do you feel that you are a very strong and wise old soul?
