Spiritual Justice - The Spiritual Bill of Rights, Explained
By Amy Lamb, Professional Psychic and Spiritual Advocate of STARCLEAR.com

“I have decided to stick with love. Hate is too great a burden to bear.” – Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., American human rights leader, Nobel Peace Prize winner.

Dr. Martin Luther King and I share more than the same birthday.   Like the late Dr. Martin Luther King, I am an advocate for all people’s rights and freedoms.  I advocate non-violence, equality, fairness, and empowerment of the people.    I am also a spiritual worker, so it is natural for me to apply who I am to my spiritual work.   This is why I call myself a “Spiritual Advocate”.

We can all recall at least a time or two in our lives where we have had our rights trampled on.  If you have ever been fooled, conned, jipped, short-changed, ripped-off, lied to, played, used, abused, beat up, falsely accused, persecuted, cheated on, schnookered, violated, robbed, or bullied, then you know what it feels like to have your rights violated.

However, I stand strong in the belief that you are not a victim.  You simply have had these experiences.  I have had many such experiences and I am a victim to no one.   I have had experiences which have caused me to LEARN to watch for signs to avoid having such experiences in the future.
As Spiritual Advocate for all people, everywhere, I give you your Spiritual Bill of Rights, authored by me based on my life experiences and on my experiences in working with hundreds of clients, in the hopes that it will make you aware and will help you to LEARN some of the signs to watch for to avoid having your rights trampled on spiritually.

Your Spiritual Bill of Rights

This Bill of Spiritual Rights recognizes that all incarnated spirits are equal.  As such, you have certain birthrights in regards to your spirituality.

1) You have the right to freely explore any and all traditional or alternative spiritual ideologies.
Spirituality is a buffet, and the spiritual workers, the chefs, displaying their wares for you to choose from.   ALLOW YOURSELF to gravitate towards what works for you, what is true for you, and what helps you right now to grow and to become stronger in the quad (body, thoughts, emotions, and spirit).
The spirit world is unconcerned and unaffected by man-made rules and laws, including rules and laws created by religious leaders, spiritual leaders, and spiritual workers.    You are free to roam about and explore.  That’s what we are all here for.

2) You have the right at any time to abandon any spiritual practice which is not beneficial to your well-being.
Are you following a Master who no longer serves you?  Are you running out of money, self-respect, happiness, or strength of character in order to serve that Master?  Time to search for a new Master, or better yet, become your own. If you join a group or religion, you can unjoin.  If you join, you can stay on yet expand your menu selections, expand your repertoire.  Or you can not join and partake in a few items that work for you.

Here are some examples from my client work that illustrate this Right:

One client had been paying a psychic a large sum of money every month for 4 months because he wanted to communicate with his dead mother.   He came to me because he was going broke.  This psychic told him the only way his mother would "hear" what he had to say was if he communicated through the psychic, since the psychic had super-powers to talk to the other side.  I told him that that was not true and that all he had to do was THINK of his mother and she would hear his thoughts.  I told him he didn't need a psychic to communicate with his mother - and I gave him a prescription for healing and balancing himself (increasing his frequency) so.  that he would be receptive to messages his mother may be trying to communicate back to him. You don't need a psychic to play telephone to the other side - you can do that on your own right now, and if you work at it, you may become aware of the messages being sent back to you.

If you are paying thousands of dollars to gain spiritual learning, spiritual assistance, or spiritual power from a spiritual worker or spiritual group, then I alert you to be cautious.   High prices don’t mean the spiritual worker/group is any good, nor does it mean they are bad.  Likewise, low prices don’t mean the spiritual worker/group is any good, nor does it mean they are bad.  Before putting yourself in the financial hole, do your homework, pay money only once you are certain.

Another client told me that his spiritual worker had broke the terrible news to him that he was only a “level 4” spirit (don't ask me what this means because it's not something I have found in my work to be true) and could never aspire to have any better a life than the crummy one he was living now, and was doomed to live out his bad karma. I told him I don't know anything about these "levels", but everyone has the right to be happy during our time in the physical world. Everyone has the right to progress spiritually, to evolve, to grow, and to be free and done with their bad karma.

Do you really think the "other side" wants you to be miserable? No way! You are here to break free of the physical plane drama and miseries and find abundance, peace, and happiness.

And in addition to these client examples:

I have seen in my own life, a mother who abandoned all parental instincts to follow a cult’s orders in the hopes for spiritual enlightenment.
I have seen in my own life, and in MANY ways, people turn against me over this physical plane curiosity called “marriage”, in both the religious and legal sense of that word.
I have seen – we have all seen - violent acts against peaceful people in the name of a book (a physical plane item).
I have seen – we all have seen - people do violence with each other in words over beliefs, and yes, words hurt, words are weapons, and can sometimes hurt even more so than physical violence.

Our own beliefs are just that – our own.  For you and for no one else.  Anyone who cares what others believe or what you believe is acting out of fear.  Act out of love, and love yourself enough to leave the Master who no longer serves you.

3) You have the right not to follow any religion's, person's, or group's spiritual rules.
You are not beholden to follow rules created by humans in regards to spirituality.  No human being owns spirituality.  Some human beings create more realistic spiritual rules than others, in that, they ring the most true for how things really operate in the spirit world.  On the other hand, some human beings have created rules that have their roots in fear, anger, domination.  So here are some red flags to watch out for.  I advocate not following the rules of people or groups who engage in the following behaviors.  The choice is yours.  If you have joined, you can unjoin.

Unenlightened group or personal behaviors:
Hating others
Trying to convert others (There IS NO “right” way.  The way is “right” for you, and you alone, and only if it rings true for you.)
Using violence against others, either in words or actions
Finger pointing, fault finding, nit-picking
Concern about  how other people live, although those other people are harming no one.  This is controlling and codependent behavior.  A wise woman once said to me "Live in your own story, don't try to edit somebody else's".
Telling you that you will not be held accountable for your own thoughts, emotions, and actions
Telling you if you leave, there will be terrible repercussions (the cult my mother was in, which is still in existence today, sadly, told members if they leave they will get 10,000 lifetimes added on to their karma as punishment)
Expecting your complete loyalty and obedience, yet you get little or nothing in return
Causing you to feel fear at the thought of not obeying or being loyal
Controlling what you eat, wear, do, believe, speak, etc
Demanding you do things which make you uncomfortable, things which harm other people, or things which go against your inner guidance and truth, including going against your instincts to protect yourself and your children

These are all signs of a religion, spiritual worker, or spiritual group attempting to exert control over and take power away from people.   There are enough bullies in the world – you don’t need to freely give your power over to one.

4)  You have the right to practice spirituality without paying money to another human being, and without permission to practice from another human being.
Spiritual knowledge, healing energy, and spiritual power are not an exclusive club that the incarnated control access to.  Spiritual knowledge, healing energy, and spiritual power are not something that only those with enough money are allowed to know of and use.    Access to the resources beyond the physical plane is YOUR BIRTHRIGHT.  You don't need any other human to intercede between you and the divine.  You don’t need permission to heal someone.  You don’t need to take a class.  You don’t need a guru to teach you.  If you WANT TO take a class, or pay money to a guru to give you permission, that is your choice, carry on.  Give your power and money to that person or organization KNOWING that the spirit world is unconcerned and unaffected by man-made rules and laws, including rules and laws created by religious leaders and spiritual workers.  Recognize that choosing to yield to such rules and laws is a CHOICE that you make because you have the emotional need to follow rules in relation to spirituality during your time  - or at this time - on the physical plane.   Likewise, choosing not to yield to another incarnate's religious or spiritual laws will not result in punishment or creation of bad karma.

Everyone has psychic abilities, everyone has access to the healing powers of the universe, and everyone has the right to develop their abilities at little or no financial expense.   You have freedom and the right to spiritual knowledge and power.   Everyone can develop and use their psychic abilities for the purpose of creating movement for themselves, and for others up and out of anger, fear, and depression.

5)  You have the right and power to defend yourself against spiritual attack and from the negative emotional energy of other people.
This means to peacefully defend yourself spiritually and emotionally.    Your greatest defense against negative people is the power you have to walk away.  To disconnect.  Blood family or not, you have the right and the power to detach from any negative person who is harmful to you and who cannot be negotiated or reasoned with, try as you might.  In terms of spiritual attack, your greatest defense is raising the vibrational frequency of the quad – your body, thoughts, emotions, and spirit, also energetic spiritual self-defense techniques, and assistance from higher spirits.  Spiritual attack, simply put, is the ability of negative spirits, incarnated or not incarnated, to influence your thoughts and emotions for the worse.  When atmospheric conditions are right, or if your psychic senses are keen, they can affect your physical body.  You have the right to protect and defend your metaphysical turf.  You have the right to protect your spirit, thoughts, and emotions from energetic attack.    You have this right, just as you have the right to protect and defend yourself physically.  If a criminal broke into your house in the middle of the night would you sit there and do nothing, hoping someone will save you, and that if that doesn’t happen, conclude that you were doomed to be a victim to the criminal?  You wouldn’t do this.  You’d call for emergency services, grab a baseball bat to defend yourself physically, or run out the back door seeking shelter at a neighbor’s house.

In conclusion, I am a spiritual worker. I am here to serve. I happen to have strong psychic abilities. I don’t think I am special.  I don't think I have a "gift".  I think everyone has psychic abilities, and because I am here to empower people to create good in the world, I teach people how to make their own psychic abilities, and spirits in general, stronger.  Why do I teach?  I do so in the hopes people will actively work every day on increasing the vibrational frequency of their body, thoughts, emotions, and spirit.  Why is this important?  Happy evolved people = a non-violent physical plane.

When you allow others to violate your Spiritual Bill of Rights, it makes you weaker, vibrate slower, removes your power. The Spiritual Bill of Rights is allowed to be violated everywhere, every day, all over the planet.  Why should you care? Because…

"An injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere" – Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
