I started in March 2008 barely being able to run a quarter mile. But I kept moving everyday - even if I only ran for 3 minutes a day. The constant movement each day created the momentum that eventually took me to my first 5k race in March 2010.
I preach about the importance of making movement every day. Movement in the direction you want to go. Movement in thoughts, emotions, and physical body.
No matter how small the movement, eventually the continued movement over time will create the momentum you need to propel you to where you want to be.
This unabashedly real and PROUD video is proof that I practice what I preach, and you will see how I fought the fear and did it anyways.
